In just a little over a month we will be saying goodbye to our home (and life) here in Virginia.
Even as I write that sentence I can feel a lump form in my throat.
I laid in the boys room tonight as they were falling asleep (sigh - I love the sounds they make as they drift off to dream) and my mind was just flooded with all the memories this house has brought us over the past six years.
Six years, in a span of an average lifetime, is truly a short amount of time - yet when I look back on these past six years I am amazed by all that has transpired.
I imagine that I will be doing a lot of reflecting in the month to come. I expect I will have more blog entries I will want to make as I help myself process and prepare for this move for our family. For tonight though, I just wanted to share some pictures that I came across of our first purchased home together.
