Yesterday morning the kids played at church while I attended a study there. When I came to pick them up they were playing a lively game of Simon Says. The boys loved it.
At lunch later that day here was my conversation with Ethan:
Mommy: “Ethan, what were the names of your new friends that you played with today?”
Ethan: “The boy that I was playing with was named Simon, and the boy that Grayson was playing with was named Simon too!”
Mommy: “Really Ethan? They were both named Simon?”
Ethan: “Yes. Because we played Simon Says”
He completely thought that both boys were named Simon since the teacher kept saying “Simon Says…"
Love it.
I just love it when you share your conversations with the children for the rest of us to enjoy!!! So they have a new friend named "Simon"...how adorable:)
